In collaboration with James Ramirez, Garrett Appleton, and Kenza Kadmiry for the Beeple Studios opening. With the provided assets, we set out to create a rich and beautiful landscape that would cover the entire installation. Even though we were short on time we tackled the project through sleepless nights and overworked GPUs. First we sketched out the layout of the entire scene using rudimentary shapes. From there was began adding small details, vegetation, tons of lights and a sprinkle of love. After all was said and done, After Effects brought us home with subtle animation and color correction.
In the end our piece was not chosen for the final round, nonetheless we are extremely proud of what we accomplished given the short time. It was a wonderful project filled with challenges and tears.
